International Customer Service Representative (Evening Shift)

The job requires native-level Japanese and everyday conversational-level English skills (English skill benchmark: TOEIC 600), basic PC skills (MS Office, Google Workspace, email correspondence), and experience in customer support, the gaming industry, or BPO industry. Candidates should also have an interest in games and possess equivalent skills to those with TOEIC scores, such as experience with overseas study or employment.
The Bilingual Customer Support Agent will respond to inquiries from players of famous games via email or chat, interpreting text-based questions received through dedicated tools. They will review logs and data in management tools, escalate complex issues to supervisors or clients, and create and update documentation, including reports and daily logs, as well as internal documents such as templates and manuals. They will also translate inquiry content and read documents in English, and participate in internal communication when necessary.
