Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage projects related to mechanical, air conditioning, and water supply/drainage equipment as the equipment担当
  • Support layout and utility design, as well as equipment update projects at the Fujisawa site
  • Manage cooperating companies and vendors for operation and maintenance of each equipment
  • Conduct temperature surveys in offices and manufacturing areas, control air conditioning, and propose/implement improvements in reliability and energy efficiency through architectural/interior design
  • Ensure smooth project progress through collaboration with team members
