High school diploma or equivalent
Able to lift 40-50 lbs. without assistance
Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards
Compliance with cleanroom restrictions: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair, etc
Ability to wear PPE (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs, hair/beard net, face cover, etc.)
Standing and moving for full shift (8 hours, Fri-Mon 6:00PM-6:30AM), including reaching, bending, stooping, grasping
Use hand tools and equipment with forceful gripping, grasping, pushing, and pulling
Work with hazardous/toxic materials and follow strict protocols for cleaning products
Ability to work in fast-paced controlled cleanroom environment with temperature/humidity control and low noise
Follow all safety protocols and understand chemical hygiene

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness of the facility, including cleanroom environments
Follow strict protocols for handling cleaning products and equipment
Ensure waste disposal procedures are strictly adhered to
Conduct regular inspections to determine areas needing attention
Implement cleaning schedules and sanitation practices
Collaborate with team members to achieve cleanliness goals
Work with a team in a fast-paced environment to support manufacturing operations
