- 对国内外游戏研发和发行业务链条、IP和品牌合作生态有深度理解，擅长处理厂商间商务合作关系，具备商务合作策略能力及较强的商务谈判能力。
- 具备专业的英语商务沟通能力，有海外留学和工作经验者、韩语能力者优先。
Responsibilities
- 负责与海外/国内投资厂商的合作对接，包括公司整体合作战略规划、重点项目商务合作推进、未来合作机会点挖掘等，整合协调内外部资源与沟通，提升合作效率、深化合作关系。
- 根据部门各游戏业务发展需求，与内部团队协作共同拓展全球IP或品牌合作机会，与合作伙伴建立深度互信、构建长期合作关系。
- 负责搭建、迭代部门内商务合作工作流程和规范，提升内外部协作效率。
