Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Work with external warehouse managers to support internal warehouses and meet site/customer needs
  • Lead warehouse inventory and stock rotation to align physical and accounting records; complete annual, quarterly, and customized inventories
  • Arrange duties for customer inventory auditing, quarterly evaluations, and tallies per procedures
  • Collaborate with external supervisors to plan, oversee, and coordinate material handling, storage, distribution, and clerical duties per quality guidelines, policies, and protocols
  • Partner with internal warehouses, Planning, and Logistics/Supply Chain to coordinate external warehouse tasks for timely delivery using IT tools
  • Champion and incorporate Quality PPI solutions to improve efficiency in external warehouses
  • Coordinate with IT, Finance, and internal managers to harmonize operations for internal/third-party warehouses; participate in customer inventory assessments
  • Engage in customer visits, quality inspections/audits, and ensure execution/adherence to CAPA
  • Act as main point of contact for internal/external warehouses on coordination of financial liquidations and material disposals; serve as primary contact for Ferentino site operations/needs
  • Ensure external warehouse activities align with quality standards, GMP/FDA, and contracts; identify and implement procedure adjustments
  • Help manage external warehouses to optimize stock levels, operations, and cost control
  • Monitor inventory discrepancies in internal/external warehouses and update SAP/PMX stock levels with Finance/IT/team
  • Work with Thermo Fisher personnel at external warehouses and collaborate with internal warehouses
  • Supervise external deposits for inventory levels, expenditures, and duties within financial plans
  • Assure timely/accurate material reception and storage in outsourced warehouses by verifying/coordinating with managers
  • Guarantee readiness/shipment of materials for disposal/fiscal destructions within deadlines
  • Maintain timely, accurate, quality handling of goods for production/customer shipments
  • Ensure compliance with shipping timelines for items in external storage
  • Collaborate with EH&S and Finance for fiscal destructions
