Responsibilities

  • Work with the trade planning manager to deliver effective promotions that land right first time in store
  • Lead on comms & POS to ensure strong execution
  • Through analysis & insight develop a promotional strategy in Express for the Channel Managers to deliver against
  • Bring to life competitor activity & be the champion for the Express format
  • Work cross functionally with the Commercial teams to translate and deliver the brief set from the strategic trade plan
  • Ensure all aspects of the critical path is adhered to – escalating where needed to the C10
  • Focusing on delivering strong sales, conversion and a great customer experience through promotional analysis
  • Own the post launch review across promotions and Events, leading the competitor review, promo analysis & autopsies. Through this analysis create category roles
  • Working cross functionally to deliver execution – through comms, late changes & right first time POS
  • A conduit between the customer team and the commercial team to bring alignment on the plan
  • Increase productivity in the business unit through consistent processes review & improvement
  • Spend time in stores, listening to colleagues and customers, providing feedback and actions into central teams & key stakeholders
  • Translate the trade plan into clear comms for stores to ensure strong execution
