Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Build and evolve the GenAI platform roadmap, translating feedback into prioritized requirements and driving enterprise-wide adoption
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, analytics, and data science teams to deliver impactful features aligned with strategic plans
  • Lead Agile product management processes, including PI Planning, sprint planning, and backlog grooming, while maintaining clear documentation
  • Monitor platform usage, performance, and market trends to inform continuous improvement and identify strategic opportunities
  • Promote a customer-centric mindset by encouraging relationships, engaging users, and promoting adoption through user programs
  • Resolve complex challenges and align team execution with evolving priorities, applying structured methodologies and lessons learned
