Candidates must have 5 or more years of experience in developing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, with a deep understanding of recent Dynamics 365 versions and at least one associated module (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Customer Insights/Marketing). Proven experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, and related technologies is required, along with experience in system integration using tools like Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, and other Microsoft cloud services. Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a technical team are essential. A functional or technical Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification (MB-210, MB-230, PL-400, PL-600) is a plus, as is any experience with Azure services like Azure Functions, Web Apps, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Service Bus, Copilot, or Power BI. Excellent communication, analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, proactivity, autonomy, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities are also necessary.
The role involves designing and implementing comprehensive solutions tailored to client needs on Dynamics 365 CRM. Responsibilities include supervising a team of technical consultants by planning tasks, providing technical guidance, and monitoring progress. Participants will engage in feasibility studies, functional and technical analysis, and propose innovative solutions. They will also draft and validate technical and functional specifications, ensure the quality, performance, and security of developed applications, and conduct technological watch to integrate best practices and innovations. Collaboration with various stakeholders, including project teams, business units, and clients, is a key aspect of the role.
