Responsibilities

  • Define and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for firmware design and development across multiple platforms and solutions within the Global Business Unit
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the HPE iLO product, providing technical leadership, consultation, and hands-on qualification for product and solution validation
  • Oversee and review automation initiatives, ensuring alignment with project quality objectives and continuous improvement goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including Quality Engineering (QE), outsourced partners, and engineering value-chain stakeholders — to drive all phases of the Software Test Lifecycle (STLC)
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, innovations, and tools to ensure alignment with the organization’s technology roadmap and business strategy
  • Review designs and project activities for compliance with system design
