Responsibilities

Define and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for firmware design and development across multiple platforms and solutions within the Global Business Unit
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the HPE iLO product, providing technical leadership, consultation, and hands-on qualification for product and solution validation
Oversee and review automation initiatives, ensuring alignment with project quality objectives and continuous improvement goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including Quality Engineering (QE), outsourced partners, and engineering value-chain stakeholders — to drive all phases of the Software Test Lifecycle (STLC)
Evaluate emerging technologies, innovations, and tools to ensure alignment with the organization’s technology roadmap and business strategy
Review designs and project activities for compliance with system design
