Electrical Engineering with EE design experience 8 years or above
System-level thinking for design and problem-solving
Curiosity and the ability to explore new technologies
Capability to synthesize and propose solutions
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline

Responsibilities

Explore and evaluate hardware technical and engineering evaluation and assessment of new concepts
Identify and evaluate new technologies, develop a technology roadmap for improving products
Understand the potential demand for new technologies in China
Work with Business Groups to gather requirements
Develop technology bricks for new products
Provide the right level of documentation, synthesizing and proposing capabilities
Collaborate with Chinese partners and suppliers to develop and commercialize new technologies
Apply system engineering skills and partner with a cross-functional team, especially Embedded Software (ESW), connectivity, and Mechanical Engineering (ME)
Engage with colleagues in a multi-site and multicultural environment (Switzerland, Taiwan)
