4+ (seniors) or 7+ (managers) years of relevant work experience in cyber security
Degree in computer science, engineering, business management, or a related discipline, and/or relevant work experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Solid experience and strong interest in at least one of the following: Operational Technology (OT) security principles and technologies, AI/Machine Learning for security, governance, or data analysis, Cloud security on major platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure)
Previous consulting and advisory, project delivery experience
Responsibilities
Design and implement security strategies for OT Security, securing industrial control systems, SCADA environments, and critical infrastructure
Leverage AI and machine learning to enhance threat detection, automate incident response, build intelligent security platforms, and manage AI-related risks
Advise on secure governance and resiliency for OT and IT systems in the cloud, including securing data pipelines and cloud-native applications
Help clients set the tone and direction for cybersecurity transformation, navigating IT/OT integration, cloud-native security, and AI-driven solutions
Work on security-related advisory projects such as security site assessments, cyber maturity assessments, or cyber-driven regulatory reviews (e.g., GDPR, DORA, NIST, COBIT)
Collaborate with a global network of cyber professionals on advisory projects
