Perform financial due diligence services for private equity and large corporate clients
Assess acquisition and divestment opportunities
Analyze business plans and historical financial track record and accounting aspects of the deal
Evaluate investment decisions and manage identified risks of the transaction
Assess valuation drivers of the business
Coach junior staff in their career as part of the extended leadership team
Participate and lead business development opportunities
