Experience with multi-line property and casualty claims and wind/hail claims
Proficient with Xactimate software
Above-average communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to resolve complex issues
Ability to organize and interpret data
Ability to meet the physical demands required for the position, including carrying and climbing a ladder
Familiar with insurance coverage by studying insurance policies, endorsements, and forms
Must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Investigate and assemble facts related to claims
Determine policy coverage and evaluate the amount of loss
Analyze legal liability and pay or deny losses
Work towards the resolution of claims, potentially attending arbitrations, mediations, depositions, or trials
Ensure timely and accurate claim payments
Frequent travel up to 21 days at a time, with short notice to catastrophe locations (potentially out of state)
