Responsibilities

Receives, rotates, cuts, wraps, and merchandises fresh and processed meats, including grinds
Assists in merchandising of seafood, prepared foods, cheeses, pre-packed deli, rotisserie chicken area, and full service deli
Assists in meat selection and cuts special meat arrangements for Members
Maintains all sanitation and safety standards within the meat department
Engages and provides assistance to Members by making recommendations
Carries out job functions and responsibilities as assigned
Supports application of club policies, procedures, and compliance
Acts with honesty and integrity, leads with the member in mind, addresses/escalates concerns
Ensures a safe and positive environment for members and team
Embraces inclusion and diversity, works collaboratively as a team
Delivers service excellence, resolves/deescalates member concerns
Commits to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate)
Delivers GOLD club standards daily (e.g., grand opening look, stocked items, promotional plans, signage, clean/organized)
Understands and accesses production/financial performance reporting for the department
