  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are highly desirable
  • Willingness to travel across the region as needed

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute tailored go-to-market strategies for each European country, aligned with client brand objectives and local market dynamics
  • Lead and manage a high-performing regional sales team, including first-line managers and field representatives
  • Set and monitor KPIs, ensuring consistent performance and accountability across geographies
  • Align sales operations with broader commercialization plans, including medical, market access, and regulatory functions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with IQVIA and client teams to ensure seamless execution and compliance
  • Drive commercial results through coaching, performance management, and incentive structures
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, and strategic insights to senior leadership
  • Champion CRM adoption, data-driven decision-making, and digital engagement tools to enhance HCP interactions
