Essential experience in marine construction, preferably more than 10 years
Based in Madrid, Spain (onsite)

Responsibilities

Support the marine works team with constructive methodologies for marine works
Participate in bids, prepare technical documentation, support ongoing works, and travel to sites as needed
Know company methodologies for marine works and stay updated on market technologies to propose improvements and innovations
Identify the most suitable structural type for each project (e.g., slope or vertical dikes; box piles, piles, or spread footings) and advise the design team on the best constructive solution
Prepare technical documentation for bids (constructive methodologies), collaborate on work programs and risk assessments, and support pre-qualification and expressions of interest phases
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Studies Department) for constructive input, business development (technical commercial material), and commercial meetings
Participate in meetings with clients and partners to explain constructive strategies, discuss solutions, and highlight advantages for the project and company
Provide support to ongoing marine works, resolving problems and proposing optimizations
Follow up on marine works in progress, retain knowledge, develop new procedures, and document lessons learned
Travel to sites for new awards or ongoing work support
