Ability and certification to operate Powered Material Handling Equipment (Powered MHE)
1+ years of experience operating Powered MHEs (Reach Truck required, Order Picker, Turret Truck, Clamp Truck, Walkie Rider, and Forklift)
Working knowledge of RF scanners and common warehouse tools and equipment
Ability to lift up to 50lbs repetitively
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to follow precise verbal and written instructions
Good organizational skills
Ability to read, write, speak, and receive instructions and directions in English
Must be eligible to work in Canada
Ability to stand and walk for longer periods of time, reach with hands and arms, and stoop/kneel

Work under supervision and direction of department Supervisor and team lead
Help efficiently carry out all Distribution Centre tasks using Powered MHE
Follow all policies and procedures related to powered equipment, including inspections, safety checks, routine maintenance, and training
Scan and track incoming and outgoing orders
Receive and process new inventory, ensuring contents match manifest documents
Inspect receivables for defects, damages, or missing items
Properly scan and inventory incoming goods
Perform detailed manual inventory counts as required
Label warehouse stock for quick and easy identification and retrieval
Pick, prepare, package, and label goods for shipment
Double-check items to verify the accuracy of outgoing orders
Load and unload product to and from trailers and containers using Powered MHEs and/or manually
Keep workplace clean and tidy (general housekeeping)
Ensure tools and equipment are kept clean and in working order
Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to upper management
Follow all warehouse policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Adhere to health and safety rules and regulations at all times
Wear protective clothing and equipment as required
Work with other Distribution Centre team members to effectively complete assigned tasks
