Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
7+ years managing EHS programs for industrial, infrastructure, defense, or mission-critical environments
Expertise in ISO 45001 and ISO 26000 standards; experience implementing or auditing management systems
Strong understanding of global WHS/OHS legislation and multi-jurisdictional compliance

Responsibilities

Serve as LeoLabs’ EHS SME, overseeing all global safety and environmental systems
Ensure compliance with WHS/OHS laws and environmental regulations across all radar sites
Develop and execute EHS strategies aligned with ISO 45001 (safety) and ISO 26000 (environmental responsibility)
Lead training, awareness, and continuous improvement programs for staff, contractors, and visitors
Conduct and analyze EHS performance trends to assess impact before and after program changes
Oversee hazard identification, risk assessments, and maintenance of global risk registers
Coordinate RF exposure surveys and implement appropriate mitigations (signage, barriers, exclusion zones)
Manage environmental programs for hazardous materials, waste management, and sustainable practices
Lead audits, inspections, and incident investigations with root cause and corrective actions
Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Construction teams to embed safety into all project phases
Support safety and environmental input for bids, contracts, and new site selection
Provide data-driven EHS metrics, dashboards, and executive-level reporting
