Position Overview

Welocalize is seeking Agencies/Translators with experience in translating patents from English into Indonesian. The ideal candidate will possess native-level fluency in Indonesian and have strong experience in translating and proofreading patents. This is a freelance, remote position with immediate availability for patent translation projects.

Requirements

• Native fluency in Indonesian
• Degree in linguistics, translation or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the translation and/or editing of patent documents.
• Proficiency use of CAT tools, especially with XTM
• Attention to detail
• Good availability and quick response times

Responsibilities

• Translate patent documents from English into Indonesian.
• Proofread translated patent documents to ensure accuracy and quality.
