[Remote] Engineering Team Leader at Remote

Candidates must have managed an engineering team of at least 2 people, possess extensive experience with Backend (Elixir/Phoenix), demonstrate commitment to promoting Remote’s values, exhibit solid communication skills, possess solid knowledge of engineering and development principles and best practices, demonstrate proven organizational skills with attention to detail, and be focused on efficient processes with a kind, people-first approach. Furthermore, candidates should be able to inspire others and instill confidence, and have a good understanding of team dynamics, as well as being ambitious and intentional about diversity, equality, and inclusion.
