Responsibilities

Lead, grow, and mentor a talented team of backend and full-stack engineers building core monetization systems
Define and execute technical strategy for a unified monetization platform that integrates seamlessly with Finance and GTM Ops, supports multiple sales models (self-serve, direct enterprise, and partner-driven), and establishes shared best practices in data modeling, distributed systems design, and developer experience
Platformize entitlements, purchasing, and billing—enabling other product teams to manage customer access and pricing logic through scalable, well-defined APIs and reusable UX components
Champion operational excellence, promoting strong engineering practices, sustainable delivery, and high reliability as the team scales
