Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 5 years of experience in full-stack software development with expertise in web technologies and architecting scalable systems within a high-growth technology company, along with at least 1 year of leadership experience managing high-performing teams. Strong experience with GoLang, Ruby on Rails, React, GraphQL, and modern tech stacks is expected.

Responsibilities

As an Engineering Manager I, you will lead and mentor a team of 3-4 engineers, directly involved in the development of StackAdapt’s advertising platform, producing production-level code with a significant impact on product success. You will collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to align requirements, plan and architect scalable web APIs and backend systems, build UI components, conduct code reviews, and prioritize projects to maximize efficiency and achieve company objectives. Additionally, you will participate in project design and implementation, promote software development best practices, and conduct interviews to attract and identify potential high-performing candidates, while balancing and prioritizing projects to ensure company success.
