Responsibilities

Drive technical strategy, ensuring team vision aligns with Hudl’s overall vision of empowering athletes and coaches, defining engineering efforts, and staying ahead in the market
Be efficient by focusing on outcomes over outputs, delivering high-impact work on time through data-driven decisions and quick iteration on feedback
Collaborate with leaders from various disciplines to plan and deliver enhancements across the product suite, integrating diverse perspectives to exceed expectations
Empower and coach a team of four to eight Software Engineers, supporting them in finding solutions, developing the team, and fostering continuous growth
Champion Agile practices by actively participating in Scrum ceremonies
