A strong technical background is necessary to participate in architecture discussions and design reviews, along with experience building high-performing, inclusive, and collaborative teams.
The Engineering Manager will lead their team to deliver customer value by owning projects end-to-end, foster a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration, and make confident decisions in ambiguous situations. They will partner with other departments to align engineering efforts, champion AI tools for faster prototyping and smarter shipping, and advocate for the customer perspective in technical decision-making. The manager will drive impact through thoughtful delegation, intentional coaching, and creating conditions for team leadership.
