Requirements

You've shipped LLM-powered products with hands-on experience building and shipping LLM features (bonus for features helping non-experts like human-in-the-loop or guided prompting)
Willing to get hands dirty: thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with rapid iteration, comfortable prototyping user-facing AI flows, running experiments, and learning from user behavior
Skilled engineering leader with proven track record of building high-quality, production-level code
Fluent in tech stack (Typescript, React, Nodejs, Python, Django) and comfortable learning new technologies
Excellent communication skills: work with engineers and stakeholders, balancing engineering concerns (e.g., technical debt) with product concerns, finding solutions or building understanding
Stay technically engaged: regularly pair with engineers to support technical decision-making (despite not being an IC)
Balance architecture with pragmatism: make informed technical decisions, knowing when to plan meticulously vs. move quickly
Prioritize outcomes over process: implement lightweight processes that drive results without unnecessary red tape
Champion frequent deployments: believe in shipping code regularly and improving through real-world feedback
Solve problems creatively: tackle challenges with can-do attitude, recognizing when to build new features vs. strengthen foundations
