We’re looking for a hands-on, technically strong Engineering Lead to join our AI Prototyping team (UltraLab). This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll guide a talented team of engineers to build fast, flexible AI-driven prototypes that help solve real-world business problems across industries. UltraLab’s mission is to turn ambiguous business challenges into working AI prototypes — rapidly. As Engineering Lead, you’ll help us build that bridge from idea to execution. You’ll be responsible for technical architecture, engineering best practices, and delivery — while fostering a strong engineering culture that blends craft, speed, and innovation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an R&D environment, has a strong product mindset, and is excited about what AI/GenAI can unlock in real-world applications. You’ll stay close to code and architecture, while also shaping process, culture, and cross-functional alignment across product, design, and clients.
