  • Experience in water and wastewater network modelling

Responsibilities

  • Manage major water & wastewater projects, including network modelling, project planning and coordination through initial inception to detailed design and construction phases
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff
  • Take a leading role as a technical advisor for the team
  • Collaborate with other teams and offices to ensure integrated design approach
  • Provide specialist technical input to feasibility studies and conceptual designs
  • Undertake construction cost estimates for budgeting and funding purposes
  • Prepare written reports and make technical presentations to clients and other internal/external stakeholders
  • Oversee the planning and design of various project elements, preparation of reports, hydraulic models, design calculations, technical drawings, construction plans and specifications
  • Coordinate with clients, sub-consultants, constructors, approval authorities, government agencies and members of the public to accomplish assigned objectives
