Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in engineering or master’s in computer science with 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Clear understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Functional Test Automation development / scripting using Selenium with Java
  • Good development/scripting skills in common languages which are Web-driver compatible such as Java, Objective-C, JavaScript with Node.js, PHP, Python, Ruby, C#, or Perl with the Selenium WebDriver API and language-specific client libraries
  • Hands-on experience of designing / customizing Test Automation Framework
  • Hands-on experience with BDD automation framework like Cucumber
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience using Scrum based software development methodologies
  • Experience of Test Effort Estimation
  • Self-motivated, creative, and proactive to work in a fast-paced environment including multiple platforms and architectures, diverse technologies, and lab environments
  • Strong understanding of agile processes and the related QA lifecycle and automation methodology (preferred: Experience in adoption of QMS (ISO9001:2015), ISMS (ISO 27001), & GxP; Experience with development and testing on one or more mobile platforms; Experience with quality, code analysis and Configuration tools like SonarQube, Semmle, NetSparker, and Qualys etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Design and create test conditions, test data and test scripts to address business and technical use cases
  • Use existing tools and techniques to implement test cases and build/script new tools for performing testing/validation function
  • Develop and lead the automation strategy/effort and generate scripts to perform automated testing cycles using Selenium
  • Design, implement and analyze automation test scripts & test results for Desktop and Web applications
