The role is based at the India Engineering Center in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad.
A Master’s in chemistry/Life Sciences/Engineering or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of 4 years’ experience working on Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry Instrument operation or manual testing of software related to healthcare, lab, or scientific instruments.
Responsibilities include participating in all phases of software product development, coordinating a team of test engineers and scientists, running instrument test protocols, ensuring software quality through thorough testing, documenting results, bug reporting, and reviewing test cases written by junior testers.
The team consists of over 150 employees at the Global Research and Development Center in Hyderabad, committed to developing innovative products for laboratory equipment, analytical instruments, remote monitoring solutions, chromatography, and mass spectrometry.
Strong candidates are experienced, dynamic, self-motivated individuals with strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, a good understanding of SDLC and STLC, and experience in Agile and Test-Driven Development.
