Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics and Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering
  • Machine/mechanical knowledge in design and optimization
  • Familiar with SolidWorks and AutoCAD
  • Detail and action oriented, self-starter, ability to work independently and deliver high-quality solutions
  • Ability to work effectively with multi-functional team members, with good communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to identify opportunities for automation improvements in specific systems/processes (e.g., production lines, robotic systems)
  • Assist in designing, testing, and implementing automation solutions, including hardware and software components
  • Support the integration of control systems, sensors, actuators, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to optimize performance
  • Analyze data from automated systems to identify inefficiencies and recommend enhancements
  • Participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and maintaining automation equipment and processes
  • Document project progress, technical specifications, and outcomes for future reference and compliance
  • Stay updated on emerging automation technologies and contribute innovative ideas to improve system capabilities
