Título universitario en Enfermería (Grado o Licenciatura homologado en España)
Primeras experiencias prácticas en la enfermería, preferiblemente en unidades de Diálisis (deseable)
Persona agradable de trato, amable, comunicativa y con elevada orientación de servicio al paciente
Capacidad para trabajar en equipo
Capacidad de aprendizaje e interés en formaciones continuas en el campo de la Nefrología

Responsibilities

Proporcionar una asistencia integral al paciente renal, mediante la aplicación de las mejores técnicas y prácticas de Enfermería Nefrológica
Llevar a cabo, con la diligencia debida, todos los procesos y protocolos específicos que aplican a la sesión de hemodiálisis, así como garantizar el control de los monitores específicos
Manejar los accesos vasculares y catéteres venosos centrales para hemodiálisis
Proporcionar pautas educativas a los pacientes renales sobre cuidados dietéticos, hábitos saludables y sobre el acceso vascular
