The role follows a balanced hybrid working model, allowing time between the office and working from home. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 4pm – 1am MNL.
Responsibilities include supporting the implementation of the global and regional Compliance Program for EMEA Banking & Markets, liaising with stakeholders, identifying compliance breaches, representing compliance in governance forums, and developing compliance projects.
Candidates need a strong understanding of financial products in Banking & Markets, potential conflicts of interest, objectives of the Compliance function, and major financial regulations applicable to Northern Trust, along with the ability to create relevant materials.
The role is part of the Global Banking and Markets Compliance Team within the corporate compliance function and will report to the Global Head of Banking and Markets Compliance.
