Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a related field, and a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering or Computer Science
  • C programming experience is a must
  • Good 3GPP radio access standardization knowledge, including radio access algorithms, radio access protocols
  • Experience with developing/systemizing/testing software for 5G L1/L2 protocols
  • Good knowledge of test methodology, test tools and simulators on system as well as node level; good/excellent knowledge in Java, Perl, XML, Python languages and frameworks (for automated test cases)
  • Good understanding of Linux and able to use DPDK and Smart Network Interface cards to optimize the data processing path
  • Understand concepts like Docker containers, Kubernetes deployment, Helm charts and canary deployment
  • Experience of Cloud-Native Development Pipeline principles and tools – CI/CD (DevOps), Jenkins, Spinnaker is an asset
  • Good knowledge in Git, Gerrit and Jira
  • Be able to work with SW design, SW implementation and SW verification/integration
  • Knowledge about agile and lean ways of working
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, with the ability to produce clear documentation for both colleagues and customers

  • Implementing, troubleshooting, and integrating complex software functionalities in C/C++ code, in a multicore target environment
  • Applying knowledge of real-time software development and wireless communication protocols (4G/5G NR)
  • Designing, coding, and testing solutions in a timely manner
  • Documenting system analysis, software designs, and test plans
  • Following an Agile product development process, working collaboratively in cross-functional teams
  • Responsible for continuously keeping your competence and skills up to date
