Responsibilities

Always be learning

Aggressive problem solving mindset
Work with tech and product teams to deliver industry-leading features to customers
Collaborate with non-technical teams on improvements to internal tooling
Responsible for full stack development, including designing user interactions on websites, developing server and database for website functionality
Maintain operations portal with high availability requirements
Build out MVPs and experiments to validate/test ideas and products
Collaborate with teams including Onboarding and continuous KYC, Compliance Team, Marketing and CRM tooling, Growth Team, Blockchain/Payments Team, UI/UX design, business requirements
Drive implementation of technical improvements for complex business requirements
Design, develop, maintain, and improve software for ventures projects
Actively involved in design of various components behind scalable applications, from frontend UI to backend infrastructure
