Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED, demonstrate good manual dexterity and strong hand skills with tools such as tweezers, screw/bolt drivers, and torque wrenches, be competent as a PC user and computer savvy, exhibit a collaborative spirit committed to team success, possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, and demonstrate excellent communication skills and teamwork alongside an enjoyment of hands-on work, carefulness, and attention to detail. Furthermore, candidates must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident) due to clients under U.S. federal contracts, and successful completion of a background check is required.
The Electronics Test and Assembly Technician will be responsible for testing of sensitive electronic assemblies and printed circuit boards (PCBs), final assembly and inspection of finished products, system testing and quality control testing in production, statistics logging and reporting with daily feedback to the team, and performing other related duties as needed to ensure high quality and timely delivery, providing feedback for continuous improvement of the product, and working closely with operations management and engineering.
