Responsibilities
- Assist electricians by performing tasks under the direct supervision of a licensed electrician
- Maintain an orderly fashion of all materials, tools, and equipment
- Keep the work area clean and organized at all times
- Demonstrate safe work habits and proper care of tools and equipment
- Learn and assist with basic blueprint knowledge
- Learn and assist with layout from field sketches
- Learn and assist with panel terminations
- Learn and assist with sizing conduit and boxes
- Learn and assist with transformer terminations
- Learn and assist with motor terminations
- Learn and assist with underground conduit installation
- Learn and assist with overhead and in-wall conduit and cable installation
- Learn and assist with wire terminations in J-Box
- Learn and assist with conduit and box installation in CMU block alongside masons
- Learn and assist with pulling wire feeder/branch/low-voltage
