Requirements

Knowledge of Safety Systems and their application/use
Minimum of five years of electrical maintenance experience in a plant setting
Knowledge of Allen Bradley Drives, Relay Logic, PLCs, and Programming
Experience with various instrumentation sensors and transmitters
Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting using remote HMI
Must be able to work with computer-based maintenance software
Possess superior analytical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision; manage time effectively while handling multiple jobs with varying priorities
Subject to 24-hour call-out; shift and weekend work
Must be able to stand for long periods
Must be able to climb stairs and work in high-up areas

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot distribution and control equipment such as switches, relays, circuit breakers, and fuse disconnects
Manage assigned work orders
Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment
Work in a team player environment with other maintenance personnel
Communicate effectively up and down the chain of command
Work with computers, line drives, and PLCs
Understand and comply with all safety rules
Comprehend and use technical manuals and schematics
Organize work area, tools, and parts
