  • ECS/JIB Gold Skills Card Holder
  • Good knowledge of pumps/motors & 3 phase electrical systems
  • Previous experience working with Generators desirable
  • Full driving licence

Responsibilities

  • Install, commission, service & repair of 3 phase pumps, motors & associated control equipment, including VFD & Soft start drives
  • Support the Rental Team with temporary installation, repair and refurbishment of submersible and surface mounted pumping equipment, sewage systems & treatment plants
  • Work as part of a team and lone working on reactive type of work, requiring quick thinking and adaptability
  • Isolate, dismantle and inspect pumping equipment
  • Install and commission temporary Rental equipment and all associated apparatus
  • Work in an outdoor environment in different weather conditions daily
  • Work in a confined space environment
  • Drive a company vehicle to the standard required by Xylem Water Solution UK Ltd
  • Undertake additional duties as required, commensurate with the level of the job
  • Participate in evening & weekend on-call duties on a rotating basis
