Electrical Engineer (Rotational Program) at Westlake

The role requires willingness to rotate to different US locations every 12-18 months for a total of 3-5 years.

The GROW program is a 3-5 year rotational program where participants rotate through roles like Operations, Reliability, Capital Projects, Continuous Improvement, Process Controls, Business Management, and Supply Chain & Logistics.

Strong team building, leadership, and problem-solving skills are required, along with strong communication skills.

Upon completion, participants can transition into roles such as Process Engineer, Production Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Reliability Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Instrumentation Engineer, Continuous Improvement Engineer, or Project Engineer.
