Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. A proven understanding of electrical engineering principles and experience in designing electrical systems for complex projects, preferably in the automotive, maritime, or defense industry, is required. Responsibilities

The Electrical Engineer will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design, test, and implement electrical systems and components. Responsibilities include supporting new product development through prototyping, executing design for manufacturability changes, resolving manufacturing discrepancies, and participating in design reviews. The engineer will partner with production teams to generate ideas for improvements, source and advise vendors, and identify opportunities for risk reduction in designs and processes. Additionally, the role involves challenging requirements to determine value-added aspects of the design.
