Requirements

Strong working knowledge of electrical systems including single-line diagrams, EHV/HV/LV transformers, switchgears, VCB, generators, UPS/DRUPS, RMU, ATS/STS, PDU, FWT/FAT, onsite cabling/panels installation works, etc
Strong safety-first awareness
Ability to develop and maintain high professional relationships with contractors, vendors, and field personnel
Excellent communication skills and strong writing skills
Attention to detail and high-quality standards

Responsibilities

Support the commissioning process of data centre facilities (and other mission-critical facilities) to ensure all systems, components, and equipment operate efficiently and meet design specifications
Conduct functional performance tests on electrical systems and other critical systems as per project requirements
Verify that equipment and systems meet design specifications and regulatory standards
Perform project risk assessments and take appropriate control measures before starting any major testing and commissioning
Plan, coordinate, and oversee the commissioning of electrical systems across Mission Critical/Data Centre projects, ensuring systems are installed, tested, and operating according to project specifications, client requirements, and industry standards
