Candidates need 2+ years of proven experience in the assembly and wiring of low voltage switchgear or similar electrical equipment.
Required skills include a strong understanding of electrical principles and safety practices, ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals, and proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
The role requires lifting, lowering, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs, as well as the ability to stand, walk, stoop, and bend for 8 hours or more daily with constant use of arms, hands, fingers, eyes, legs, and back.
A strong candidate has 2+ years of electrical assembly experience, a high school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred), excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to safety in a safety-sensitive role.
