Degree in safety engineering, industrial engineering, environmental engineering, chemical engineering, or related fields; bachelor's degree or above
3+ years of EHS work experience
Registered safety engineer qualification preferred
Strong problem analysis and resolution abilities
Good communication and coordination skills
Experience in building and using digital platforms
Good English reading and writing skills

Responsibilities

Establish and improve the company's environmental, health, and safety (EHS) management system
Organize departments to evaluate the suitability and compliance of laws, regulations, and GEHC standards, ensuring effective execution
Organize workplace, ergonomics, and chemical assessments, including foreseeable risk identification, evaluation, and improvement plans
Conduct factory-level and departmental EHS regular inspections
Use appropriate tools to organize investigation, analysis, tracking, and reporting of accidents, near-misses, unsafe conditions, etc., and analyze trends to identify focus areas
Maintain the change management system to ensure no unacceptable EHS risks are introduced by changes
Develop and promote implementation of EHS training plans
Responsible for contractor evaluation, training, construction plans, and permit approvals
Supervise and ensure safety/occupational health/environmental monitoring complies with standards; respond quickly to emergencies according to contingency plans and organize resources for response
Cooperate with local administrative agencies on safety standardization construction
