Requirements

Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience supporting editorial or content production teams in a fast-paced environment, ideally in digital media or performance marketing. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent attention to detail is required, along with comfort in a remote environment with strong communication and time management skills. Familiarity with CMS platforms, Google Docs/Sheets, basic content formatting including light HTML, and basic SEO practices is necessary. An open mind towards AI in workflows and content creation is also required.

Responsibilities

The Editorial Assistant, SEO will assist and support editorial teams in producing high-quality content that performs well in search results and revenue. Responsibilities include formatting posts, creating and adding visuals and HTML tables, publishing new content, and updating published content for accuracy, monetization, SEO, and reader experience. The role involves updating data in internal tools, ensuring compliance requirements are applied to content, assisting with documentation development, and performing fact-checking and copyediting. The assistant will collaborate with the Editorial Team to improve skills and contribute to the growth of the brand.
