Requirements
Extensive experience in digital forensics and eDiscovery, ideally within consulting, corporate, or financial services environments, with a strong track record managing complex investigations and litigation support
Exposure to Relativity development work or strong SQL scripting skills (desirable)
Deep expertise in the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and hands-on proficiency with Relativity and other leading eDiscovery platforms
Advanced knowledge of forensic tools such as EnCase, FTK, and Axiom, combined with strong programming skills (e.g., Python) to automate and optimise forensic workflows
Proven leadership in incident response and a thorough understanding of forensic imaging, evidence integrity, and chain-of-custody protocols
Responsibilities
Lead and successfully deliver multiple digital forensics and eDiscovery engagements, ensuring compliance with best practices and client expectations
Architect and manage end-to-end eDiscovery processes, optimising workflows for efficiency and defensibility
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and primary contact for digital forensic matters
Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team
Lead forensic collection and analysis activities (approximately 40% of time), ensuring evidence is handled with integrity and precision
Manage the eDiscovery lifecycle, including identification, preservation, processing, review, and production of electronically stored information (ESI) (approximately 30% of time)
Focus on client engagement, delivering reports, presentations, and tailored solutions (approximately 15% of time)
Dedicate time to innovation, business development support, and team mentorship (approximately 15% of time)
