Responsibilities

  • Preparing courier schedules and routes
  • Coordinating the distribution of work amongst couriers to help achieve station's operational goals in the most efficient way
  • Monitoring the daily delivery cycle and updating systems with accurate information to ensure correct execution of daily pick-up and delivery assignments
  • Providing support to couriers and assisting with issue resolution
  • Contacting customers when needed to obtain additional information or advise on potential service-related issues
  • Proactively reporting any issues that occurred during the daily delivery cycle to management
  • Compiling reports on station's productivity, volumes, and performance
