Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working with Dynamics 365 CE as a Functional Consultant or similar role
  • MB-230 - Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Functional Consultant Associate (or equivalent certification)
  • Strong understanding of core Dynamics 365 CE modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing
  • Knowledge of basic X++ or SQL for troubleshooting
  • Proven experience in a managed services or support environment, with a focus on client relationship management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Dynamics 365 integrations (plus)

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day functional support for Dynamics 365 CE users, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Sales, Service, Marketing, and other modules
  • Work with end-users to gather information, replicate issues, and test solutions
  • Work with clients to design and maintain custom entities, forms, workflows, and reports
  • Analyze client business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement within the Dynamics 365 CE environment
  • Lead small to medium-sized projects related to system upgrades, new module implementations, or process improvements within Dynamics 365 CE
  • Collaborate with technical consultants and developers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client requirements
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope, with clear communication to all stakeholders
