Select creative teams (directors, translators) to align with brand guidelines and creative vision
Oversee casting and talent selection to reflect filmmakers’ intentions
Provide creative supervision of scripts, recordings, and mixes for top-quality localized versions
Review and approve subtitles for accuracy and consistency
Maintain internal platforms and databases up to date
Collaborate with production and technical teams in dubbing studios to deliver polished final products
Communicate effectively with studios, Business Units, UK, Burbank, and the local Director
Keep the Director informed of key issues and escalate concerns promptly
Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely delivery
Analyze and review budgets to optimize costs and improve efficiency
