Requirements

Class C Driver's License (implied by job title)
Ability to follow all federal, state, and local D.O.T. rules and regulations
Knowledge of OSHA rules as applied to blood borne pathogens
Ability to work rotating shifts
Ability to adapt to change and unscheduled events
Physical ability to roll carts, load/unload trucks, and transport heavy linen products

Responsibilities

Roll carts from Load Building area to back dock
Load delivery truck by pushing carts onto the back of the appropriate truck
Deliver clean linen products to customers (hospitals and healthcare facilities)
Transport soiled linen back to plant
Coordinate daily activities with Transportation, Plant Managers, and Team Leaders
Maintain vehicle, including preventative maintenance, cleanliness, and disinfecting after transporting soiled linen
Understand, observe, and adhere to all safety procedures and policies
Assist and perform other duties as assigned
Represent the Company in a professional and courteous manner
