Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred minimum of 3 years’ experience in warehouse and delivery procedures
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid math skills and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable working on computers and performing data entry
  • Collaborative mindset and helpful attitude with team members
  • Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, lift (up to 80 lbs), bend, push, pull, and twist

Responsibilities

  • Verify returned product reason codes (mis-picks, driver shorts, refusals) for accurate reporting
  • Check product temperatures to ensure quality and food safety
  • Process documentation related to returns and order adjustments
  • Inspect product for disposition: saleable, damaged, expired, etc
  • Execute end-of-day reporting and resolve discrepancies
  • Return saleable product to slot (if allowed by local CBA)
  • Collaborate with drivers and supervisors to resolve issues and identify retraining needs
