Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred minimum of 3 years’ experience in warehouse and delivery procedures
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Solid math skills and attention to detail
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable working on computers and performing data entry
Collaborative mindset and helpful attitude with team members
Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, lift (up to 80 lbs), bend, push, pull, and twist
Regular use of computer and filing systems

Responsibilities

Verify returned product reason codes (mis-picks, driver shorts, refusals) for accurate reporting
Check product temperatures to ensure quality and food safety
Process documentation related to returns and order adjustments
Inspect product for disposition: saleable, damaged, expired, etc
Execute end-of-day reporting and resolve discrepancies
Return saleable product to slot (if allowed by local CBA)
Collaborate with drivers and supervisors to resolve issues and identify retraining needs
